**Job Description:**
* This position involves providing technical support to the Quality Control Microbiology Lab and operations.
* The QC Associate Microbiology Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the continued manufacture and supply of quality pharmaceutical products in meeting priorities of Compliance, Supply, Strategy and Profit Plan.
The successful candidate will provide microbiological support to site investigations driving continuous improvement initiatives. This includes lean lab initiatives, method optimization/redevelopment, authoring and managing change controls, procedures, test methods and deviations. The role also involves assessing compendial and quality manual updates pertaining to the Microbiology Lab & environmental control.
1. Development of training modules is also a key responsibility as well as supporting lab stock management and financial control as required.
2. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge in execution validation development of microbiology related test methods i.e Bioburden Endotoxin Sterility testing.
