1. Managing and resolving requests received from customers, both by phone and email.
2. Proposing suitable offers based on the clients' requests and needs.
3. Providing relevant and accurate information about the company's products and services.
4. Processing online reservations, submitting documents, and tracking statuses.
5. Checking completed reservations, contacting, and informing clients about various situations such as due dates, changes, and travel documents.
6. Using systems necessary for daily activity.
7. Ensuring compliance with work processes and procedures.
8. Initiating phone calls to promote, persuade, and sell the company's products and services.
