We are looking for highly motivated Senior Grade Speech and Language Therapists to join the CHO6 team in Dublin South, based at Leopardstown and Sandymount locations.Contract DetailsType: Permanent PostHours: Full and Part Time PostsSalary: €62,072 – €73,477 pro rata per annum (subject to LSI and 2026 WRC agreement)Annual Leave: 33 days pro rata per annumOverview of the PostThe post holder will be a senior member of an interdisciplinary team, providing speech and language therapy services to a caseload of children aged 0–18 years with physical, sensory, and/or learning disabilities or developmental delay. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnostics, intervention, clinical and performance supervision, and ongoing service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide speech and language therapy support to assigned caseloads in community and special school teams.Conduct assessments, diagnostics and interventions for children with a range of disabilities.Supervise clinical staff and provide performance supervision.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to service planning.Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure statutory compliance.Required Qualifications and ExperienceRegistered Speech and Language Therapist by the Speech & Language Therapists Registration Board at CORU or eligible for registration.Three years’ full‑time (or equivalent) post‑qualification clinical experience.High standard of suitability and professional ability for the role.Proof of statutory registration required prior to employment.Eligible to work in the State.Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with disabilities.Experience with children with eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties.Experience using Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC).Additional CompetenciesExperience of interdisciplinary team working.Commitment to maintaining annual registration with CORU.BenefitsExcellent internal and external training opportunities.Generous annual leave entitlements.Long service reward scheme.Adjusted maternity and paternity leave.Adjusted adoptive leave.Equal OpportunityEnable Ireland is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
