Administration Assistant (Part Time) required by large service company based in Waterford.
Working closely with the Chief Executive and Managers in the office, The Overall purpose of this role is you will assist on all administrative tasks as required on a day-to-day basis as outlined by the Chief Executive and other members of the management team.
This is a part time role, office-based role and will be offered at 20Hrs per week Responsibilities of the role will include Preparation of presentations for meetings for the Chief Executive and members of the management team Attending meetings, recording minutes of those meetings for distribution Assisting on the collations of data, concepts and themes, and distillation and refinement into plan for presentation Assisting on any other data preparation or administration required by the Chief Executive including assisting with diary management Assisting with routine and ad hoc finance/administration/office duties a from time to time Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Chief Executive.
The ideal candidate will have: Min of level 6 qualification in an administration relation field with strong experience in the use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
A minimum of 3+ years experience required in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
English fluency essential Detail-oriented individual required with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Highly professional approach to work required along with an ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
