We’re looking for a Construction Project Planner to join our ambitious, future‑focused team at Strata.

You’ll work alongside experienced planners and project managers to help develop, track, and manage project programmes;
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and maintenance of project programmes, helping ensure activities align with project objectives and key milestones.
* Assist in monitoring project progress and performance, contributing to accurate and up‑to‑date records within project control systems.
* Help prepare clear and concise progress updates and reports for internal teams and client stakeholders.
* Collaborate with site, design, and engineering teams to gather information, identify potential risks, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
* Contribute to the preparation of method statements and planning documentation that support safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery.
* Learn to apply and support the use of digital planning tools and techniques to improve project visibility and efficiency.
Qualifications
* Degree‑qualified in Engineering or Construction Management.
* 1–2 years’ construction site experience.
* Interest or experience in digital construction.
* Process‑driven and analytical, with excellent attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
* Proactive, autonomous, and results‑oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% across project locations.
* Must have the right to work full time in the EU.
