Job Title: Site Operations Manager
The successful candidate will oversee a live site in County Louth, ensuring all elements of SHEQ are managed efficiently.
They will work closely with the Contracts Manager to adhere to the construction programme, sequencing trades to maximize quality and minimize reworking while monitoring resources and labour.
* Liaise with clients and report on daily progress
* Supervise contracted staff and manage sub-contractors and labour staff
* Complete daily safety inspections and ensure construction and site safety
* Prepare site reports for the Contracts Manager
* Monitor progress to meet deadlines and ensure work meets ROI building regulations
Additional responsibilities include:
* Making material take-off measures from site in conjunction with the Company Buyer
* Collating BCAR Handover & Compliance Documentation
* Liaising with Design Team members to deal with design clashes
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in dealing with local authority connections, Irish Water requirements, and the delivery of residential housing schemes. They should be proficient in QA checks, MS Office, and industry-specific software.
