Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with product enquiries, pricing, and order updates.
* Prepare accurate quotations and process sales invoices efficiently.
* Manage customer orders from start to finish, including stock checks and coordinating with the dispatch team.
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide informed advice to customers.
* Support the wider sales and retail team with administrative and operational tasks.
* Handle customer complaints or queries in a professional and timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Customer Service skills with experience in a retail environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality.
* Able to handle cash and operate a point of sale system.
* Familiarity with inventory management systems.
