Our organization is seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide person-centered care to individuals with dementia and their families.
Job Description
* Provide direct care services to clients in their homes or designated facilities, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support clients with mobility issues by assisting them with transfers from bed to chair or wheelchair,
* Administer medications according to client's medication schedule,
In consultation with the line manager,, identify and develop activities that enhance the quality of care delivered.
The principal accountabilities outline the main duties however,in an organisation such as ours it is inevitable that tasks may arise which may not fall within the remit of those outlined above.
