Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations
, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Lead, coach, and support warehouse staff
to maintain a high-performing, motivated team.
Monitor inventory levels
and coordinate stock control activities to ensure accuracy and availability.
Ensure compliance
with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment at all times.
Collaborate with delivery teams
to maintain timely and efficient logistics.
Identify process improvements
to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
Handle incoming deliveries
and oversee proper storage and organisation of stock.
Maintain clean and orderly warehouse conditions

Skills and Experience

Knowledge and understanding of P Ls, and the booking of in and out stock.
