As a key member of the site Quality Internal auditing and GMP Audit teams, the responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:Maintain the quality management system to meet BRC, HACCP, Department of Agriculture and customer standards.Chemical and physical testing of product and raw materials in accordance with agreed programme.Coordinate and manage samples for testing, including:-Microbiological testing-Shelf-life and sensory testing-Product composition analysisMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality-related activities, including audit reports, non-conformances, and corrective actions.Experience and Core Competencies:Very good technical background and knowledge of Industry Food Standards, i.e., (BRC) and Food Service and Retailer Codes of Practices.Experienced in maintaining and implementing BRC and retailer standards in the Food Industry and ideally in an FMCG environment.Strong working knowledge of HACCP and risk assessment methodology.
