Job Title: Legal Secretary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal secretary to join our clinical litigation unit. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to the team, undertaking tasks such as preparing legal documents, assisting in court preparations, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and correspondence
* Assist in the preparation and printing of legal papers for court
* Prepare papers and correspondence for factual and expert witnesses
* Liaise professionally with clients, counsel, witnesses, and court staff
Requirements:
* A minimum of four years' experience as a legal secretary
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
* Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in typing
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines
