Your New Role
As a Social Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people to reach their full potential. You'll help them build on their strengths, develop life skills, and maintain positive, trusting relationships with their families and communities.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
· A Level 7/8 Degree in Social Care, Social Work, or Psychology (or equivalent).
· With experience working in a residential care setting.
· Flexibility to work a set shift pattern.
· A full, clean driver's licence is highly desirable.
