Job Role: Facilities Management Expert
About the Position:
We are seeking a seasoned facilities management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and/or relevant experience in facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for site facilities systems, ensuring seamless operation and maintenance.
* Oversee the timely completion of system work orders, resolving issues promptly and ensuring compliance with relevant auditing standards.
* Assist with continuous and reliable supply of facilities systems across the site, promoting efficiency and productivity.
* Plan and schedule system repair and maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and optimizing resource allocation.
* Support audits on facility operations and associate Compliance/Safety programmes, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
* Manage all facilities contracts and contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and service delivery.
Requirements:
* Technical qualifications at third level or equivalent in Engineering and/or relevant experience in a Facilities role.
* Minimum of 8 years engineering experience in a Facilities environment, with a proven track record of delivering results.
* Experience of sterile/biotech facilities within a pharmaceutical environment, with a strong understanding of EHS & GMP compliance requirements.
* Strong Safety mindset & awareness of inherent system hazards, demonstrated through an understanding of EHS & GMP compliance requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple customers to deliver shared goals, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
* Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement and value across multiple process streams and customers, driving business growth and excellence.
