Product Manager, Support Products – Support Experience
Summary of This Role
The Product Manager will work with teams across the Global Payments organization to gain a deep understanding of the systems and platforms that power Unified Payments. They will collaborate closely with regional partners to understand their needs from a Product, Sales, and market perspective.
The ideal candidate has strong technical ability, strategic and commercial acumen, and is comfortable coordinating across Asia, Latin America, EMEA, and North America.
What Part Will You Play?
Deliver an excellent API integration and in‑life processing experience to customers worldwide.
Own and continuously improve products, standards, processes, and methods for executing API integrations.
Collaborate with Support Engineer teams to govern API integrations and support, ensuring high quality.
Ensure training and communication for all teams; disseminate critical integration and support information promptly.
Maintain the Global Payments Developer Portal with the latest API details.
Act as a strong customer advocate, managing implementations and escalations.
Participate in strategic projects to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Apply creative problem‑solving to deploy solutions quickly and prevent recurrence.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a digital business.
Payments industry experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
Technical aptitude with commerce or similar ecosystems.
Strong communication skills with peers and senior stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering success in a team environment.
Experience with Tableau or Looker Studio is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a software development environment or professional services.
Background in software/IT; experience in development, testing, or analysis.
Experience with Agile software product delivery.
