Role Overview
Crewit Resourcing is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor for an Industrial and Civil construction project in Co. Kilkenny. This is a key on‑site leadership role, responsible for ensuring daily operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating site activities, supervising teams, and supporting the successful delivery of the project in line with programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed efficiently and to specification
Allocate tasks to site operatives and subcontractors, providing guidance and leadership on site
Monitor site progress and report issues, delays, or risks to senior management
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, conducting regular site safety inspections
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control across all site activities
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication
Support onboarding and training of new site personnel in company procedures and job duties
Maintain accurate site records, including work completed, materials used, and incident reports
Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional site environment
Requirements
Proven experience working as a Site Foreman
Experience on Industrial and/or Civil construction projects
Construction Management, Engineering, or trade-related qualification (desirable)
Strong leadership and people‑management skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience working closely with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing site conditions
Strong focus on Health & Safety compliance and site standards
Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential
