We are working with a leading consultancy firm.
Our client is currently looking for experienced consultants and managers to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong consulting experience in areas such as Organisation Design, Change Management, People Advisory and HR Transformation.
NOTE: You must possess a STAMP 4 VISA or EU/Irish/British Passport to be considered.
Main Responsibilities
Within the team, you would be working with clients on exciting major organisational transformational projects and programmes.
Creating an effective organisation design.
Inserting behavioural and cultural change.
Managing internal and external stakeholders
Implementing change management principles and processes.
Supporting the organisation with HR structures and processes.
Your Experience
Relevant third-level degree, with a strong academic record.
Professional experience, and it would be beneficial to have experience in a consulting firm and complex transformation programmes.
Experienced in full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.
You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to outstanding client service.
Be able to engage with and influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for key decisions and changes.
For Manager level roles you would be expected to have experience structuring or managing projects/programmes.
