Job Summary:
The Leisure Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in the hospitality industry, overseeing the management and strategic development of hotel leisure facilities.
Key responsibilities include ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service, leading and training the leisure team, and maintaining accurate records including maintenance logs, pool chemical checks, and team rosters.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene standards at all times.
* Oversee scheduling of classes, swim lessons, and personal training sessions.
* Handle membership sales, renewals, and customer relationship management.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in managing a leisure or fitness facility (ideally within a hotel or health club).
* Swim Teacher Certificate - essential.
* Lifeguard Certificate - essential.
* Fitness Instructor qualification - essential.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Strong customer service and communication abilities.
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations, particularly in aquatic environments.
Leisure Centre Managers must have a strong understanding of hospitality services, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and manage their team effectively.
