Our client, a leading Irish law firm, seeks to recruit an ambitious Banking Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE.
The successful candidate will be involved in advising on high-value real estate finance, acquisition financer, development funding, and structured lending transactions.
You will work closely with major banks, investors, and corporates on some of the most prominent deals in the market.
Responsibilities Advise both lenders and borrowers on sophisticated real estate finance, development funding, and structured lending matters.
Draft and negotiate a broad range of finance documents including facility agreements, security packages, and intercreditor arrangements.
Act on a variety of financing transactions, including corporate, leveraged and acquisition finance, as well as investment structuring.
Provide expert advice on fund finance, green/sustainable finance, mezzanine finance, and the sale and purchase of loan portfolios.
Lead multi-jurisdictional transactions in collaboration with international counsel and cross-border teams.

Candidate Profile Qualified solicitor with 24 years PQE in general banking / real estate finance / acquisition finance, gained in Ireland, the UK, or in another Common Law jurisdiction.
Proven experience in banking, real estate finance, or structured finance transactions.
Strong commercial awareness, with excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
Capable of handling complex transactions independently while working effectively in a team.
Detail-driven, proactive, and confident advising in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
