Key Objectives / Accountabilities
NBI is looking for an experienced Field Engineering Support Analyst who wants to be in a mission-driven company to carry out commercial duties in conjunction with likeminded team members commitment to deliver quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist in measurement and validating of the subcontractors completed works against NBI’s GIS systems and workflow management systems.
* Prepare and process monthly payment certificates, develop and maintain cost tracking mechanism and prepare subcontractor account status reports.
* Assist in the recording, monitoring and agreement of variations.
* Using SAP to raise purchase order requisitions, create and complete good receipt, prepare data for financial month end and track departmental financial interactions.
* To assist in the verification of Bill of Materials (BOM) content for work completed, prepare and provide materials metrics to enable financial reports and supply management analysis.
* Provide support to operation stakeholder on commercial matters.
Knowledge & Experience:
* Extensive experience with GIS and analytics in SmallWorld and ArcGIS.
* Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
* Be proficient working on Microsoft programmes; Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
* Experience of telecommunications network construction principles.
* Ability to manage time and deal with multiple complex problems at once.
* High levels of flexibility, willingness to learn and develop new skills both individually and as a team member.
* Ability to successfully interact with internal and external partners/vendors.
* Excellent ambassador for the NBI values and ethos, promoting both behavioural and role modelling traits.
