What you need to know
Our client is a manufacturing company specialising in innovative water-based infrastructure solutions, with operations in Ireland and the UK. They are seeking a Civil or Structural Engineering Graduate to join their team, contributing to projects involving marine and coastal structures.
This permanent, Monday–Friday role offers the opportunity to work across diverse engineering challenges while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the design and development of floating structures for international projects.
* Support various project phases including contract management, manufacturing, and installation.
* Utilise CAD/SolidWorks or similar drafting software to prepare construction designs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on short- and long-term engineering projects.
* Proactively contribute to problem-solving and project delivery within a self-motivated work environment.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience or familiarity with CAD/SolidWorks or similar construction drafting software.
* Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently when required.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
