An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee and Experienced Travel Agent at Abbey Travel Killarney, Naas & Swords, one of Ireland's most respected Travel Agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing Travel Management Services to our client base.
Booking Flights, Hotels, Car Hire, Rail, and other services.
Conversing with your client by phone and email.
Seeking feedback from your client to continuously improve the service.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus.
At least 18 months experience in travel, selling package holidays.
Passion for Travel.
A strong client focus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good organisational skills.
An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
