About the Role:We are looking for an experiencedMEP Estimatorto join our team for adata centre project. You will be responsible for preparing electrical cost estimates, reviewing project plans, and working closely with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on budget.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and support electrical estimates for power, lighting, and low-voltage systems.Review project plans and specifications to confirm the scope of electrical work.Collaborate with project teams to gather data and support estimating database development.Review subcontractor and vendor bid packages for accuracy and compliance.Complete pricing for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.Assist with proposal preparation and execution plans as required.What We're Looking For:5+ years of MEP estimating experience, preferably with data centre or similar infrastructure projects.Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam ).Strong knowledge of electrical systems (power, HVAC, low-voltage).Excellent communication and organisational skills .
