About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced nurse to take on the role of Clinical Nurse Manager II.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care, ensuring high professional standards using an evidence-based approach. They will also provide clinical leadership and oversee quality assurance within their designated area(s).
Key Responsibilities include:
* Managing staffing levels to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
* Fostering staff development through practice development initiatives that enhance skills and capabilities.
* Closely working with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and experience.
