This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences. As Duty Manager, you will oversee hotel operations, supporting all departments and maintaining high service standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel management or supervisory roles with a strong Food & Beverage background. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership: Oversee hotel operations, supporting all departments and maintaining high service standards.
* Food & Beverage Focus: Supervise F&B teams to deliver efficient, friendly, and professional service, ensuring menus, promotions, and service standards are consistently implemented.
* Team Leadership & Training: Lead and motivate staff across all departments, providing coaching and training to ensure high performance standards.
* Administration & Compliance: Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety, HACCP, and licensing laws, completing shift reports and communicating effectively with senior management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in hotel management or supervisory roles with a strong Food & Beverage background.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Customer-focused with a genuine passion for hospitality.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
* Good understanding of financial controls, stock management, and cost control.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
