The Security Product Manager role is responsible for establishing product goals, definitions, and delivery strategies for a suite of products and features focused on customer security management, reporting, and insights.

This position involves collaborating directly with business partners to create business cases, PRDs, and requirements for customer security and cybercrime & abuse use cases. Additionally, you will define product strategy, engage stakeholders, and maintain clear documentation for development teams.
You will leverage AI/ML for real-time cybercrime & abuse identification products, including performance testing and iteration. This also involves collaborating with engineering, product, legal, risk, and business teams on customer security protection products.
You will be an advocate for customer security, develop best practices, and act as a cybercrime subject matter expert. You will define and track key operational metrics and support projects throughout the development lifecycle, lead initiatives, mentor team members, and apply agile methodologies.
This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to explain and present intricate analytical findings clearly to individuals without technical expertise, and capacity to thrive in a dynamic, iterative development setting.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* 3+ years of product management or related technical experience in security, privacy, or a similar domain, including developing or launching relevant products or technologies.
* Familiarity with machine learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
* Experience working with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
