We are looking for a Recruitment Manager with a paralegal background to lead our hiring initiatives for U.S.-based clients. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and legal frameworks. It starts part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for U.S.-based roles
* Source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring compliance with labour laws
* Oversee documentation and record-keeping for recruitment and HR compliance
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
* Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
* Paralegal background or legal experience in a corporate, law firm, or HR context
* 2+ years of experience working with U.S. clients is a must
* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
