Overview
Management Trainee for Food and Beverage Departments at Dunraven Arms Hotel. This is an operations-focused placement with the possibility to rotate and receive different roles and responsibilities during the year based on skills, knowledge, and professional development.
Responsibilities
* Rotation across departments: Kitchen, Front Office, and Sales and Marketing, with opportunities to experience different roles.
* Manage daily operations and weekly planning for the Food & Beverage and Front of House areas.
* Aim to progress to a Supervisory Position; progression discussion with the General Manager after approximately 6 months.
* Rotations include Front of House to learn front desk and reservations skills; Kitchen to progress from Commis Chef to Chef de Partie; and involvement in Sales and Marketing, HR, or Finance as needed in later stages.
* Support functions in Sales and Marketing, HR, or Finance during the final period of the programme.
* Rotation and progression are based on individual development and hotel operational needs.
Qualifications
* Language: English.
* Skills: Management, Hospitality.
