The Role Our client is a fast-growing organisation operating across Ireland, the UK and Europe, specialising in off-site and project-based delivery within the commercial engineering and construction space. As their Irish footprint continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced People Business Partner to support new and expanding satellite sites across ROI. This is a hands-on, strategic role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment and enjoys balancing operational people support with longer-term cultural and organisational development. You will act as the People lead for regional teams, working closely with site leadership and a central People & Talent function to ensure a consistent, high-performance culture as the business scales. Key Responsibilities Partner with regional and site leaders to provide trusted, commercially focused people advice Support growth plans through workforce planning, organisation design and effective onboarding Embed company values and consistent ways of working across multi-site operations Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, absence and grievance processes Support the rollout of people policies, performance frameworks and development initiatives Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support regional hiring activity Drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives at site level Track and analyse key people metrics (e.g. turnover, absence, ER trends) to inform decision-making About You Proven experience as a HR / People Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor in a fast-paced, multi-site or project-based environment Strong working knowledge of ROI employment law and HR best practice Confident supporting change, growth and site mobilisation Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with a wider People & Talent team Highly organised with strong reporting and analytical capability Desirable: CIPD qualification Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, renewables or similar sectors Exposure to HRIS and organisational design initiatives Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
