Seeking a highly experienced M&E Resident Engineer with Water project expertise for a Client-based role in County Meath, Ireland.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will review, advise, and supervise MEICA Project installations, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Specialize in Mechanical & Electrical elements of the works, driving delivery of projects onsite.
* Ensure health & safety, cost management, and quality standards are met.
* Monitor and report on works being carried out, informing stakeholders of any issues arising on site.
* Implement Uisce Éireann's safety policies and standards on construction projects.
* Review and comment on project/site specific HSQE documentation.
* Maintain compliance with contract health and safety requirements and contractor's proposals.
Requirements:
* At least 7 years' postgraduate experience in site supervision, contract administration, and project management of MEICA works on water engineering projects.
* Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
* Strong knowledge and experience of Health and Safety procedures and regulations.
* Able to write clear reports and keep works records.
* SafePass card and Confined Spaces training required.
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of civil engineering works, Mechanical & Electrical Works, design build operate projects, and project management.
* Familiarity with FIDIC and Public Works forms of contract an advantage.
