Job Title – Project Manager
Project – Residential Development

Salary – €80K - €100K + Package
About the Company
My client is a consistently busy Main Building Contractor who specialises in residential new build across the North Leinster Region. Projects are a mixture of housing developments and apartment builds as well as commercial jobs valued up to €50M
This role would suit an experienced Project Manager who has managed greenfield sites from greenfield stages right through fit out to handover.

The Role
* Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
* Oversee the successful delivery of multiple residential new builds across Dublin City
* Take ownership of a portfolio of commercial and high-rise residential developments across Dublin.
* Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
* Report to and support the Contracts Director and Construction Director to ensure smooth completion of projects.
* Monitor and manage project budgets.
* Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
* Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Projects Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
Requirements
* Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a Main Contractor or Property Developer in Ireland.
* Proven record of overseeing projects valued over €10M from inception to completion.
* Background in engineering is desirable.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines and update the programme when necessary.
* Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
