Job Description:
This role involves providing high-quality technical support and maintaining infrastructure to ensure availability and optimum systems performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing, supporting, and administering IT infrastructure in a large corporate environment.
Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining infrastructure, providing support in office and remote environments, delivering quality of service to internal and external customers, and consulting with internal customers on security and compliance issues.
Key skills and qualifications include 5+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, and administering IT infrastructure, 3rd / 4th level support capability, proactive/self-starter ability to work independently, willingness to mentor and teach people what you know, good working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, PowerShell, Bash, Python, Azure, AWS, O365, Nagios, Dynatrace, Service Now, and understanding of WAN and LAN Environment.
Requirements:
