        Senior / Principal Water and Wastewater Design Engineer
We are seeking a seasoned Senior or Principal Engineer to lead our water and wastewater design projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement or joining a growing team of experts.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Leading high-profile projects from conceptualization to completion,
 * Mentoring junior engineers in project management and technical skills,

 1. A Level 8 or Level 9 degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
 2. Minimum 7 years experience in delivering water and wastewater design projects
 3. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Civil 3D, Micro Drainage, and Info Works ICM software
 4. Chartered status with Engineers Ireland (or equivalent)
 5. Strong commercial awareness and contract negotiation skills
 6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
 8. Good understanding of business principles and financial management
 9. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
