National Sales Executive - Ashfield, Dublin 22
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Executive with proven experience in the construction industry to manage and grow relationships with our most important clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction sector, strong commercial acumen, and excellent relationship management skills to deliver tailored solutions, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve revenue targets. The National Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts within Chadwick's. This role involves developing long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximising share of wallet with customers and promoting the Chadwick's brand nationally.
Knowledge & Experience
* Extensive experience in sales and account management within the construction sector
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
* Proficient in the use of CRM
* Familiarity with the Irish construction market.
* Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
* Develop tailored account plans aligned with each client’s business needs and construction project timelines.
* Prepare and deliver account performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
* Use CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and client interactions
* Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Provide technical advice and support to customers, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge.
* Work with the broader Chadwicks Group team to identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure efficient nationwide delivery service by coordinating with logistics teams and national sales coordinators
* Management of CRM for respective region to ensure Chadwick's Group maximises sales opportunities for key projects.

* High level of professionalism and flexibility in customer interactions.

* Presentations to senior people in Key Accounts and within Chadwick's.
