Customer Success Manager – Hybrid (Drogheda)
Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities
 * Manage a portfolio of digital commerce clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
 * Understand client goals and challenges, providing strategic recommendations and measurable outcomes.
 * Conduct regular business reviews to showcase ROI and identify expansion opportunities.
 * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service.
 * Drive renewals and client advocacy through proactive engagement and relationship‑building.
About You
 * 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar client‑facing role.
 * Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital commerce environments (B2B or distribution ideal).
 * Excellent communication and relationship management skills across diverse EMEA markets.
 * Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking with a technical mindset.
 * Confident working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
