About Your New Job As the Quality Manager,youwill lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Quality and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Youwill champion QHS compliance and culture across the manufacturing site, ensuring adherence to relevant ISO standards and H&S legislation.
Youwill manage customer and internal audits (including management reviews), oversee investigations of incidents, and ensure proper documentation and statistical analysis for monthly reports.
Youwill support and train employees regarding QHS standards, organize safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are both implemented and communicated.
Youwill work with all levels of the business to drive site performance, upskill colleagues, and implement initiatives that mitigate risk and elevate overall quality and safety.
What Skills You Need 3rd level qualification in Quality and Compliance Standards or equivalent is essential.
At least 3 years experience in a similar Quality role (some H&S management exposure required).
Experience with ISO standards (internal auditor qualification is a plus).
Background in the packaging industry, and experience with pharmaceutical or medical device sectors highly desirable.
Proven experience conducting investigations, audits, inspections, compiling reports, and implementing corrective measures.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency with IT systems and technology for managing and streamlining H&S and Quality functions.
Full Irish drivers licence required.
