Job Summary:

* Strategically steer sales growth, inventory management, waste reduction, and margin maximization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operational activities in fresh food areas, including Deli, Bakery, Butchery, Produce, and Meal Solutions, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
2. Lead, coach, and mentor department teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, feedback, and development opportunities.
3. Develop and execute seasonal product ranges, visual merchandising plans, and promotional strategies that drive business outcomes and engage customers.
4. Design and implement comprehensive training programs, emphasizing staff empowerment, knowledge sharing, and open communication within the team.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior leadership or management role within grocery retail, preferably with expertise in fresh food operations.
* In-depth knowledge of fresh food products and categories, allowing for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
* A proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams in fast-paced retail environments, driving business growth and customer loyalty.
