Food and Beverage Host/Hostess Position

About the Role
This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for courteously welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables, and ensuring that they have an exceptional dining experience. You will also be involved in taking reservations, maintaining the reservation system, and assisting with seating arrangements.
You will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that hotel standards of service are consistently maintained. Your strong communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to provide exceptional customer service while also managing bookings and table allocations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Courteously welcome guests and guide them to their tables
* Take reservations and maintain the reservation system
* Assist with seating arrangements and ensure hotel standards of service are consistently maintained
* Manage bookings and table allocations efficiently
* Confirm reservations with guests prior to their arrival
Requirements

* Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations
* Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
