Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician with a strong background in Injection Mould Tooling.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of injection mould tooling and management of the tool room, including spares, tooling, and problem-solving support.
* Maintain injection mould tooling to meet quality standards.
* Repair and maintain hot runner systems.
* Work from detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
* Manage and order spare parts for optimal functionality.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
* Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
* Evaluate and implement improvements to ensure high-quality results within timeframes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in injection mould tooling manufacture, repair, and maintenance.
* Proficiency in hand tools and measuring equipment.
* Able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Familiarity with health and safety policies and procedures.
