The Role
We are currently recruiting a Physiotherapist to join an HSE community-based service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality assessment and intervention to service users across a community setting.
The successful candidate will provide evidence-based physiotherapy services, supporting rehabilitation, mobility, and functional independence, while contributing to person-centred care planning and service development.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver physiotherapy assessment and treatment to service users in line with HSE best practice
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes
* Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and HSE standards
* Educate service users, families, and carers to support ongoing progress
* Participate in service improvement, CPD, and clinical supervision
Essential Requirements
* Degree in Physiotherapy (or CORU-recognised equivalent)
* Registration with CORU
* Eligible to work in Ireland
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to evidence-based and person-centred practice
Desirable
* Experience in community or rehabilitation settings
* Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle (if community-based role)
