Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Process Engineering team, ensuring strong technical capability and compliance.
Provide process engineering support for manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.
Oversee local capital projects and support the delivery of site engineering goals.
Drive engineering standards and promote first‑principles problem solving.
Set and monitor performance metrics for safety, quality, and process reliability.
Manage staff development, including recruitment, training, and succession planning.
Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure reliable, efficient processes.
Act as a member of the Engineering Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning and decision‑making.
Qualifications & Experience
Honours degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Bioprocess, or related discipline).
10+ years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical sector, including leadership roles.
Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing environments and process systems.
Proven ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and drive technical excellence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
