Reporting to Lilys Area Manager
Remuneration:
1. Childcare Assistant: 13.65 per hour
2. Discretionary Christmas Bonus
Additional Remuneration with Qualifications:
3. QQI ELC Level 5: Additional 0.50 per hour
4. QQI ELC Level 6: Additional 1.00 per hour
5. QQI ELC Level 7: Additional 1.50 per hour
6. QQI ELC Level 8: Additional 2.00 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities
15. Co-ordinate the implementation of activities suitable for different age groups.
16. Maintain a professional standard at all times.
17. Walk with children to and from school.
18. Serve children breakfast and dinner.
19. Supervise homework with children.
The successful candidate must have
20. Experience working within a School-Age Childcare setting is an advantage but not essential (training provided).
21. Excellent team player.
22. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
23. Advocate for continuous improvement.
