Quinn Downes Group is a trusted name in Mechanical Services Installations, delivering projects across Ireland and internationally. We are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities
Attend project handover meetings to receive full project packages and develop QEHS documents.
Set up and maintain the site office and stores, including QDG signage.
Coordinate mechanical services and builder work drawings.
Issue bi‑weekly P&T HILTI reports.
Maintain master requisition schedule and order materials, ensuring delivery on programme.
Record deliveries, liaise with suppliers, and issue delivery dockets to procurement.
Assist payroll with timesheet queries.
Manage subcontractors and direct staff on safety, quality, and installation coordination.
Ensure quality assured documents are delivered at defined milestones.
Attend site meetings and white‑board meetings with main contractor for daily updates.
Maintain all on‑site installations to QDG standards.
Assist Contracts Manager in producing project programme.
Oversee commissioning and testing of mechanical services.
Lead project close‑down actions and decant from site.
Qualifications
Previous site management experience in the HVAC industry.
Proficiency in all MS Office programmes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to motivate teams to meet deadlines.
Full driver’s licence.
