Two shifts:

Later phase (to be confirmed by the client):
24/7 operation, Monday–Sunday
Rotative shifts
2 rotative days off
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting via
email and chat
Assist with campaign setup, optimization, and performance inquiries
Collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams
Drive customer satisfaction across the full case lifecycle
Ensure adherence to SLAs, productivity targets, and quality KPIs
Proactively identify initiatives to improve service quality and user experience
Educate advertisers on product features and common issue types in partnership with internal specialists
What We're Looking For
Mandatory experience in paid campaign management
Degree in
Marketing or a related field
Hands-on experience in
Digital Marketing
Experience in a
Contact Centre or Advertising Tech service program
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

€7.63 per working day
