The Role
We're hiring a Healthcare Sales Executive
to help drive commercial traction across hospitals and healthcare organisations in Ireland and the UK.
You'll work closely with MedWrite leadership and clinical stakeholders to:
* Prospect into healthcare organisations
* Qualify opportunities properly
* Run structured product demos
* Maintain momentum across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
You'll be expected to operate professionally, manage your pipeline rigorously, and contribute directly to deals that convert into pilots and contracts, with founders leading final negotiations and closures.
This role suits someone who wants real responsibility and a steep learning curve, rather than a scripted sales environment.
What You'll Do
* Research and prospect public and private healthcare organisations
* Identify and engage clinicians, managers, and digital health teams
* Book and qualify first meetings with clear objectives
* Deliver structured product demos (training provided)
* Follow up consistently and professionally
* Keep opportunities progressing between meetings
* Maintain accurate pipeline data and notes in HubSpot
* Support founders during later-stage discussions and sales negotiations
* Learn how pilots, governance reviews, and procurement lead to contracts
* This is healthcare sales. Preparation, accuracy, and follow-through matter.

What You Bring
Essential
* Experience in sales, commercial, or customer-facing roles
* Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and clinicians
* Clear, professional written and verbal communication
* Strong organisation and follow-through
* Ability to learn complex AI and healthcare topics
* Comfortable working autonomously in a startup environment
* Full Drivers License
* Ability to use CRM properly (HubSpot experience a plus)
Nice to Have
* Experience in healthcare, medtech, health IT, or regulated industries
* Exposure to longer or more complex sales cycles
* Experience running demos or presentations
* Interest in healthcare systems, clinical work, or patient safety
