Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a busy Fees Office team.
This role supports the administration of student fee processes, ensuring records are maintained accurately and that office operations run efficiently.
3 month, temporary contract
Key Responsibilities
Assist in administering policies and procedures related to student fee collection
Process and update records in a timely and accurate manner
Provide day-to-day administrative support within the Fees Office
Maintain organised documentation and filing systems
Support the team in ensuring compliance with internal procedures
Respond to general queries and provide administrative assistance as required
Contribute to the smooth running of office operations through effective coordination and organisation
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
