We are seeking an experienced
Senior Camunda Developer
to join a high-performing team working on large-scale enterprise process automation initiatives.
This is a Permanent role based in Dublin, offering the opportunity to work on complex, business-critical systems in a fast-paced environment.
3 days per week on-site in Dublin
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain BPMN workflows using
Camunda (7 or 8)
* Implement and optimise process orchestration, decision tables (DMN), and integrations
* Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support Camunda workflows
* Ensure best practices in performance, security, testing, and deployment
* Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of software development experience, with
strong hands-on Camunda experience
* Proven expertise in
BPMN, DMN, and workflow orchestration
* Strong Java development background (Spring Boot preferred)
* Experience with microservices architectures and REST APIs
* Familiarity with containerisation and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP)
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
