We are a growing property maintenance company based in Cork City, providing reactive call-outs and planned maintenance for residential and commercial clients. Due to increasing demand, we are seeking an experienced Operations / Field Manager to run day-to-day operations and help take the business to the next level.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing maintenance crews, coordinating daily jobs, ensuring high standards of work, and acting as the main point of contact for staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily scheduling of reactive and planned maintenance jobs
* Supervising technicians in the field
* Quality control and site inspections
* Handling client queries and issues
* Training and onboarding new staff
* Ordering materials and managing stock
* Ensuring health & safety compliance
* Reporting progress to the business owner
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in property maintenance, trades, facilities, or construction
* Previous experience as a supervisor, foreman, or manager
* Strong organisational and people management skills
* Good communication and problem-solving ability
* Full clean driving licence
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
