About this Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide personal care and support in line with individual needs.
The ideal candidate will assist with daily living tasks including meals, mobility, and medication support.
They will also encourage independence, dignity, and community participation.
Maintaining accurate records and following care plans and safeguarding procedures is crucial for the success of this role.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in care/support roles desirable.
* QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or working towards) preferred.
* Permission to work in Ireland required.
* Flexibility to cover day, night, and weekend shifts necessary.
* Garda vetting and references required.
