Drive Revenue Growth
The Regional Sales Performance Lead will be responsible for driving revenue within a designated area, ensuring monthly targets align with the annual business plan. This role requires a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales performance reaching a minimum of 80% of the monthly goal, covering both commercial airtime and digital sales initiatives.
2. Foster regular communication with assigned clients, actively engage in prospecting, and convert new customers to expand the client base through strategic partnerships.
3. Maintain effective communication of daily calls and results, utilizing the CRM system and other administrative tools efficiently.
4. Collaborate with creative teams to execute impactful client campaigns, ensuring optimal delivery and results-driven outcomes.
5. Timely communication of advertising bookings and scripts to relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
6. Facilitate the collection of all outstanding payments from assigned clients, adhering to established company policies and procedures.
