This is a new role for a confident and creative marketing professional with strong content and copywriting skills. As NPD & Brand Assistant, you'll support product development and brand activities from early-stage concepts through to launch, helping to create marketing materials, manage timelines, and keep projects on track.
You should have around 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within FMCG or Consumer Healthcare. Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork are essential, along with a proactive mindset and a passion for brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Supporting New Product Development (NPD)
* Help plan and organise new product projects from idea to launch.
* Carry out market research to understand product trends and consumer needs, including collecting information about competitors and organising findings in clear and useful spreadsheets.
* Research and approach potential suppliers to request their product portfolios and commercial details; collect and organise product samples and related information for project needs.
* Work with internal and external teams to make sure they receive the correct documents, information, and data required to move projects forward.
* Take charge of updating and keeping boards, tasks, and timelines clear, organised, and up to date.
* Keep files and notes about each project well organised.
2. Helping with Packaging Tasks
* Help update and check product packaging, including labels and designs.
* Work with designers and printing companies to make sure packaging looks right and is ready on time.
* Check spelling and layout on packaging before it goes to print. Keep track of all packaging files and changes in an organised way.
3. Marketing and Brand Support
* Create engaging and professional content for marketing materials such as presentations, leaflets, product overviews, and social media posts — prior experience developing content for different marketing formats (not just social media) is important.
* Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all channels and materials to keep our visual identity and messaging consistent.
* Support the tracking and reporting of marketing performance, including collecting data on social media results, campaign outcomes, and other key indicators.
* Keep folders and marketing tools organised and easy to use.
4. Working with Distributors
* Be a contact point for our global distributors and help them with their marketing needs.
* Share materials like product images, marketing collateral, and launch kits with them.
* Keep the shared online folder with marketing tools tidy and updated.
* Help the manager with distributor feedback and communication.
5. Administrative Tasks
* Set up meetings, take notes, and follow up on tasks.
* Keep calendars, checklists, and documents updated.
* Communicate clearly with team members and partners.

Experience & Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who:
* Has at least 3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or product-related role.
* Holds a degree (or equivalent qualification) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
* Has experience working in content creation, brand support, or product/marketing coordination. Is confident using tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, and (or other project management tool).
* Non-native speakers must be fully comfortable with writing, reading, and speaking in English in a professional context.
